Before you download Nedura, please read and accept the evaluation terms. In short:
30 days. You may evaluate Nedura for 30 days from your first download. Ask us if you need more time.
Evaluation only. Use it to test and assess Nedura inside your organization. Do not use it in production or for real business operations.
No redistribution. Do not share, sell, host for others, or pass on the software or download links.
Your environment, your data. Nedura runs in infrastructure you control. You choose and pay for any model providers and connected services.
As is. The evaluation is free and provided without warranties or service levels. Support is by email during business hours.
Open-source parts remain under their own licenses.

Full terms
These terms are between ALINEDS LLC, 2700 Louis Henna Blvd Ste 100, Round Rock, Texas ("ALINEDS", "we") and the organization on whose behalf you accept them ("you").
1. Acceptance and authority. By clicking Accept or downloading Nedura, you agree to these terms and confirm you are authorized to bind your organization. If you are not, do not accept or download.
2. What you may do. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Nedura, its documentation and the nedura-deploy installer (together, the "Software") inside your organization, for evaluating whether to buy it, during the evaluation period.
3. Evaluation period. The evaluation lasts 30 days from your first download. We may extend it in writing (email is enough). Either side may end it earlier by notice.
4. Open-source components. The Software includes open-source components, including code based on Hermes Agent by Nous Research, licensed under the MIT License. Those components are licensed to you under their own licenses, listed in the Software (THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES) and at nedura.ai/attribution. Nothing in these terms restricts rights those licenses give you. The restrictions in section 5 apply to the Software as delivered by ALINEDS and to ALINEDS's own additions.
5. What you may not do.
Use the Software in production, for live business operations, or to process real customer or regulated data (for example CUI, classified information or health records).
Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, host for third parties, or share the Software or download links outside your organization.
Remove or change attribution, license, or copyright notices.
Use the Software to build a competing product, or publish benchmark results without our written consent.
Use the Software in violation of law, or of the terms of any model provider or service you connect.
6. Your environment and your data. The Software runs in infrastructure you control. You are responsible for that infrastructure, its security, the credentials you configure, and the approval and policy settings you choose. ALINEDS does not receive your prompts, files, conversations or outputs unless you send them to us, for example in a support request.
7. Third-party services. You choose and connect model providers, messaging platforms and other services. Your use of them is governed by your agreements with those providers, and you pay their charges. ALINEDS is not responsible for third-party services.
8. Support. We provide evaluation support by email at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm US Central time. There are no response-time commitments or service levels during the evaluation.
9. Feedback. If you give us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment.
10. Confidentiality. Non-public information we share with you about the Software, pricing or roadmap is confidential. Use it only for the evaluation and do not disclose it outside your organization.
11. No warranty. The Software is provided free of charge for evaluation, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
12. No liability. The evaluation is free. To the extent the law allows, ALINEDS has no liability of any kind arising from the evaluation or your use of the Software, including for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or business.
13. U.S. Government users. The Software is commercial computer software and documentation; government rights are only those in these terms. If you are a government entity, any term that you are prohibited by law from accepting does not apply to you, and the rest of these terms remain in effect.
14. Ending the evaluation. When the evaluation period ends, or if you breach these terms, your license ends. You must then stop using the Software and delete or uninstall it, unless you have signed a commercial agreement with ALINEDS. Sections 4, 9–12, 14 and 15 continue after the evaluation ends.
15. General. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, with courts in Williamson County, Texas. These terms are the entire agreement about the evaluation and override any purchase order or click-through terms you present. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
