Include a useful description of the issue.
- Environment and version
Describe the operating system, deployment path and edition (Nedura or Nedura Gov). Include your Nedura version: the first line of
nedura --version. - Diagnostics
Include the output of
nedura doctor, with host names, user names and anything specific to your organization redacted. - The step that fails
Say whether the problem is in installation, model access, tool execution, messaging, or scheduled delivery.
- Expected and observed behavior
Describe what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. Include error text and whether it happens consistently.
- Relevant details with secrets removed
Include minimal configuration or logs where useful. Remove API keys, passwords, access tokens, audit logs and private task content before sending.
TROUBLESHOOT BY LAYER
Start with the smallest failing connection.

Confirm server configuration, transport, enabled tools, and filters. Isolate the connection from the larger workflow.
