What we collect
Website (nedura.ai): we do not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
Download portal (downloads.nedura.ai): your work email address (verified with a one-time code), the date and time you accept the evaluation terms and the terms version, the files you download and when, your IP address and browser type.
Email to [email protected]: the messages you send us and the information in them.
Nedura itself runs in your own environment. ALINEDS does not receive your prompts, files, conversations or outputs unless you send them to us.
Why we use it
To give you access to evaluation downloads and to keep a record that the evaluation terms were accepted.
To follow up about your evaluation and answer your questions.
To protect the site and the portal against abuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the website and the download portal, sends the one-time login codes and stores portal records.
Microsoft 365 hosts the [email protected] mailbox.
How long we keep it
Evaluation terms acceptance records: 4 years.
Download and access logs: 12 months.
Evaluation contact details: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact.
Support email: as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We may keep an acceptance record where we need it to show the evaluation terms were accepted.
